OTA Commission & Ledger Updates
- OTA commission is applied at the reservation page.
- Commission changes are allowed during check-in page.
OTA Credit Settlement Disable
- Credit settlement is disabled for OTA check-in.
Online Advance Features
- Online OTA payments are automatically posted as advance.
- An online advance payment splitting option is available for group check-in.
Voucher Details
- On OTA checkout, all vouchers are passed to the guest ledger.
- After checkout, two journal entries are passed: guest-to-OTA transfer and OTA commission posting.
Receipt Details
- Receipt details are displayed booking-wise, not bill-wise.
Bill Transfer Updates
- In the bill transfer case, the journal entry was not posted, but the voucher is tallied.
- Voucher Pay Ledger entries are updated to allow credit under the same Pay Ledger ID.
- Bill transfer is not allowed if credit is enabled for both from-room and to-room.
Check-in Availability
- A new availability confirmation pop-up has been added during check-in. Selecting the alternate option will not allow check-in.
Guest List Update
- Pax-wise details, including ID proof and photo upload, have been activated on the check-in page
Report Update
- ID proof details can now be shown in the police report.
- A report type option has been added to the sales report, allowing regular bills and split bills to be displayed separately
